Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are properly secured to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
