Domestic orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5-10 business days via standard shipping.
How do you ensure records aren't damaged during transit?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl records to prevent corner dings and warping during the shipping process.
What is your return policy for opened media?
We accept returns on defective or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that non-defective vinyl and CDs cannot be returned once the shrink-wrap has been removed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Can I cancel or modify my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the official release date. Once the item has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes to the order.
